Another hoodie_time wish list fill!

I'd hoped to have this up yesterday for JRRT's birthday, but I didn't quite manage. Ah, well. This is more than likely part one of a series of missing scenes from "Changing Channels," but I don't know how soon I'll get back to the other parts I have started.
