I have been trying to finish this "Changing Channels" missing scene for *years* now, but the muse finally decided to cooperate and let me get through it. It's somewhat in the same vein as Red Fell the Dew in Rammas Echor, though I'm not sure whether it should be a prequel or a sequel.
Summary: In which Sam and Dean find themselves chasing a plundering poltergeist in an '80s British mystery miniseries, and the Trickster forgets where the episode's real parallel to the Apocalypse lies.
A/N: There is some dialogue from “The Clergyman’s Daughter” used here, but I’ve tried to keep the direct quotes to a minimum. I’ve been trying to finish this story for a couple of years now, so there’s some grumbling by Dean that predates “Time after Time,” but there is also at least one allusion to that ep in here.
